Julius moved into property selling at the age of 36 after twenty years in various industries, where he owned and managed such diverse businesses as “Ëxpo” promoter, Car dealerships, Music promoter, as well as developing his own residential properties from time to time.
In 1999 Julius moved to Spain and spent 5 years running an Estate Agency in Estepona, Andalucia to notable success. In 2006 Julius decided to return home to Cape Town, where after a period as an Executive Producer in a video production company, he decided to return to his passion of developing residential property.
